1. The Revoo mobile briefing program

Revolution Management Co Llc, doing business as (dba) Revoo Mng, operates a single recurring SMS program through which subscribers may receive informational and automated/autodialed marketing text messages related to debt relief services, program updates, strategic briefings, and related communications.

2. How permission is recorded

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting SMS consent on revooltt.com, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring automated/autodialed marketing text messages from Revolution Management Co Llc dba Revoo Mng at the number you provided. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to provide your mobile number and still access our website and submit inquiries through other channels.

3. Message cadence

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your level of interaction with our services, the status of your inquiry, and any active campaigns. We make reasonable efforts to limit the volume of messages, but the exact frequency is not fixed and may change over time.

4. Delivery, carriers, and charges

Msg & data rates may apply. Revoo Mng is not responsible for any fees imposed by your carrier, nor liable for delays, failures, or errors in delivery caused by carrier infrastructure, network congestion, device incompatibilities, or other technical issues outside our control. T-Mobile and all other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation and support may vary and are not guaranteed.

5. STOP closes the text lane

You may opt out at any time. Reply STOP, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from Revoo Mng. After sending your opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your cancellation, and no further messages will be sent unless you actively re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect communications sent through other channels such as email.

6. HELP and support

Reply HELP to any message you receive from Revoo Mng, or reach our support team through the form on our Contact page. We respond to support requests within 1–2 business days.

7. The mobile-data firewall

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 8. Subscriber authority and age

Our SMS program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are the subscriber of, or authorized to act for, the number provided. If we become aware that a subscriber is under 18, we will promptly remove their number from our messaging list.

9. When these terms change

We reserve the right to update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions will be indicated by an updated "in force since" date on this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
